Camp 3 Registration
IMPORTANT:
- Do not register via mobile devices due to the complexity of the forms. The registration form and survey work best on desktop/laptop devices.
- DO NOT REGISTER until you are ready to complete all three steps together (registration form, survey, payment.) It is important to register and take the survey at the same time to avoid taking an incorrect survey for another camp.
- You may only register for the camp(s) you have been expressly invited to. If you cannot attend the camp invited to, you must contact the Camp Director to request a change prior to registering. Registrations for the wrong camp date are subject to cancellation and a $20 processing fee.

Complete your Registration Form below and press the Submit button at the end. Please do not submit more than once.
FYI: we have just two double rooms available, and then Camp3 will be closed. The rooms can be for either boys or girls. The athlete/camper attending (not the parent/guardian) must fill out the athlete survey form as part of the registration process.
You may pay via PayPal here immediately or by submitting a check by mail the next business day, payable to "High Peaks Elite" to Rick Guido, 6 Timber Lane, Fairport, NY 14450. When the registration, survey and payment have been received, your camp space is reserved. Checks not received within 72 hours may void the registration.
International athletes may make online payment using the "International Payment" button, or by submitting a check drawn on a U.S. bank. Mailings from outside the U.S. will be allowed the mailing time necessary.
